I am just going to focus on the topic of launching an SaaS and the problem that this post is intended to address. I am going to make a case for why it is important for startups, for business owners, for founders, for anyone who has an idea about how to scale their business. Now, starting off with what the problem is. The purpose of this post is not so much to tell you how to solve it or even what has worked (that should be solved by the market), but instead I would like you to take a look at some of the problems and see if one could be solved by you or your company. If there are any problems that you can think of that we might not have thought of yet, let us know! As an example, let me introduce you to one of our customers whose name is Tony Gray. Tony works in construction and he builds all kinds of things (e.g., fireplaces). This blog has generated a decent amount of traffic – about 1% of traffic according with Alexa – which we see as very encouraging and it provides us with good content since we have identified our target audience through his blog posts and his audience has shown interest in our products by buying from us! Lets say there are 50 people in his audience who do buy from us – many times during each week – and lets say one day out of those 50 people buys from us 5 times! Thats a pretty good number right? So Tony has already got 5 sales worth $500 each week but now my question would be… how would he grow his revenue

This is a story about two events that happened in the life of Sephora: the VIB sale, and the announcement of the new Facial Rejuvenating Serum.

The VIB sale was a great success, and it was a bit like a holiday for us. The reason for this was that we had an intense marketing push to get people onboard with our new products. It’s not just about making your customers happy: you also want them to know that you care about their skin and that you care about your customers.

To do this, we put out tons of information on our Facebook and Instagram accounts (our official accounts), behind closed doors with influencers on the blog (our All About Sephora blog), and on our website with videos, infographics and other content; all in order to spread our love for our products with as many people as possible. We also did several photo shoots around the holidays showcasing some of our newest products, including some really cool ones with Audrey Hepburn herself — which we hope you’ll all be excited to check out!

After the VIB sale ended, we held a press conference at Sephora HQ in New York City to announce what is now one of the most popular makeup brands in the world: Facial Rejuvenating Serum from Sephora. After this event, it became clear to me why people love us so much; it is because we make beautiful makeup for women who want to look better than they ever have before. We know what women want: perfect skin underneath their makeup — something that is so important to us that we created a separate company from Sephora called BeautifulSkinNYC . This is why I am thrilled we’ve been able to work together again — as colleagues! The beauty industry has changed tremendously over the last decade — but everyone can recognize beauty when they see it. We are honored to be working alongside each other once more!
